It Field Service Engineer
Job Description
GT Comms are a nationwide IT and telecommunications engineering provider to the retail sector, we are expanding our field service force and seek a field service engineer / smart hands to cover the Swindon and Southern Region of the UK.
Previous experience with data cabling networks, telecommunications hardware fault finding & repairs preferred, company car provided, 20 days holiday plus bank holidays & overtime, hours vary depending on retail environment opening times.
Full clean UK driving license essential, apply with CV & your home location, due to vehicle insurance restrictions this role is only open to applicants over the age of 21
Qualifications
- Proficiency in using hand tools and computer hardware
- Experience with computer repair and maintenance
- Ability to read and interpret schematics
- Mechanical knowledge for equipment repair
- Knowledge of computer networking
- Possession of a valid driving license
- Familiarity with telecommunication systems
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: 29,500.00-30,000.00 per year
