Position Overview: We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic IT Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in IT support, possess a full clean driving licence, and have access to their own transport. Key Responsibilities:

Provide on-site and remote IT support to clients, addressing hardware and software issues promptly.

Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of computer systems, servers, and networks.

Perform routine system checks and maintenance to ensure optimal performance.

Collaborate with other engineers on complex projects and client requirements.

Maintain accurate documentation of support activities and client interactions.

Data Cabling

Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to provide informed support.

Requirements:

Some prior experience in an IT support role or related position.

Understanding of computer systems, networks, and Microsoft operating systems.

Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Full clean driving licence and access to personal transport.

Willingness to travel to client sites mostly within Staffordshire and other areas.

Desirable:

Relevant IT certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified Professional).

Experience with Microsoft 365, SharePoint, and server maintenance.

Familiarity with cybersecurity best practices and virus protection.
