About the Role:
IT Services are responsible for all aspects of information technology support and delivery across our University, providing a first-class experience to our students, staff and other stakeholders as they pursue their studies and work both on campus and beyond. This is your opportunity to join our IT support team, delivering a wide range of IT support to our customers remotely via our telephone support line and face-to-face at our Help Desks.
With a minimum of two A levels or vocational qualifications at NVQ level 3 or equivalent, you will have good communication skills and a customer orientated outlook. Knowledge of a broad range of desktop applications and software tools is essential. Experience of working with computer systems in a corporate environment would be advantageous.
