British Real Estate Business Partnered with a Global Firm seeking an IT Service Delivery Manager.
Hybrid working - 2 days in the office - with occasional travel around site locations - London Area - 20% Bonus Structure - \xc3\x82\xc2\xa375,000 Per Annum - 27 Days Annual Leave + Bank Holiday - increasing following service
You will be successful as IT Service Delivery Manager executing:
- Delivery of IT Services within SLA
- Manage MSP\'s, Third Party Suppliers, Key Partners & Vendors
- contract Negotiations & defining SLA\'s
- Implementations of IT Service Management policies and procedures
Location will be based in London - 2 stage interview process - Start Date - ASAP to current notice period.
