You will work closely with clients to understand their business requirements and provide expert guidance on IT strategies, systems, and processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Assessment:
Analyse client's existing IT systems, infrastructure and business processes to identify issues and opportunities for improvement.
Strategy Development:
Collaborate with clients to define IT goals and develop strategic roadmaps. Research emerging technologies and industry trends, and recommend solutions (e.g. cloud migration, system upgrades) that align with business objectives?.
Project Management:
Plan and manage IT projects end-to-end. Define scope, allocate resources, set timelines, and track budgets. Coordinate with stakeholders and internal teams, hold progress meetings, and adjust plans to address client feedback and project risks?
Solution Implementation:
Design, configure and deploy IT systems (hardware, software or network solutions) based on requirements. Oversee installations and system integrations; conduct testing and troubleshooting; Data Sanitization Procedures, optimize performance; and incorporate improvements based on client input?.
Support & Documentation:
Provide training, technical support and detailed documentation (user manuals, system guides) to client staff (If they required) and also for internal company team. Ensure smooth handoff of new systems and document best practices for maintenance?.
Evaluate current systems and recommend improvements or replacements.
Assist in system architecture design, integration, and testing.
Develop and present project documentation, proposals, and technical reports.
Ensure compliance with industry standards, security policies, and best practices.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (developers, project managers, cybersecurity experts).
Qualifications:
Required:
Bachelor's degree prefers Computer Science, Information Technology (but not necessary)
1+ years of experience in IT industry, systems analysis, or related technical roles, and Data processing solutions
Strong understanding of IT infrastructure (Networking, Servers, Databases, Cloud Computing).
Proficiency in systems such as Windows/Linux, Microsoft 365, AWS, etc.
Developing IT solutions that align with business objectives, including hardware, software and networks.
Overseeing the implementation of new technologies, providing ongoing support, and troubleshooting technical issues.
Specific Tasks:
Providing support for IT software, hardware, and networks.
Meeting with clients to understand their IT needs and designing solutions.
Testing and installing new systems to meet client requirements.
Organizing training for users and creating documentation on IT systems.
Managing and developing website content and operations, including monitoring traffic and ensuring functionality.

Work Environment
Office Based:
This role is full time office based. Consultants are expected to work from different client's sites when they are visiting and communicate with clients and internal company department teams virtually if required.

Note:
IT consultants should be self-motivated, organized, and comfortable using virtual communication and collaboration tools as well when required. They may need to coordinate across time zones and work flexibly to meet client needs virtually and face to face.
