IT Change & Release Management Analyst Base Location: Coventry - Hybrid Working Available Contract: Permanent - Full time Salary: up to \xc2\xa340,000pa (depending on experience)
About The Role Join our team as an IT Change & Release Management Analyst, where you will play a crucial role in managing and progressing changes to the Cadent IT Landscape in accordance with our Change Management processes. You will be responsible for minimising the risk of unplanned service interruptions by ensuing compliance with Change Management processes among vendors, IT service providers, and solution delivery teams. As the point of escalation for the process, you will ensure effective communication and adherence to best practices.
Key Accountabilities:

  • Ensure changes to the Cadent IT Landscape are managed and progressed in accordance with our Service Transition processes, minimising the risk of unplanned service interruptions.
  • Monitor and enforce adherence to the Service Transition process among vendors in the support framework and solution delivery teams.
  • Administer governance, reporting, and communication related to Service Transition, including playing a lead role in the change control board.
  • Regularly complete audit activities to ensure compliance and adherence to established processes.
  • Develop, manage, operate, and promote a robust service transition process, driving continual improvements to meet requirements and add value to IT service delivery.
About You We\'re seeking applications from candidates who:
  • Have an ITIL Foundation Level Certificate.
  • Have extensive experience in Change Management, including expertise in underlying technologies ad direct end-user support.
  • Have previous experience in an outsourced service provider environment.
  • Have a strong understanding of ITIL Service Management Processes and a solid technical appreciation of an IT Landscape and the services it provides.
  • Excellent knowledge of the principles and practices of IT Service Management, including the effective utilisation of Service Management tools.
