Purpose

Are you ready to embark on a mission to empower individuals, bridging the gap between health and employment, and helping them thrive in their vocational journeys? As an IPS Employment Specialist at Thrive into Work, you\'ll be at the forefront of delivering life-changing employment support to participants while collaborating with healthcare professionals. This role offers the opportunity to make a tangible impact on the lives of those with health conditions, enabling them to achieve their vocational goals following the principles of Individual Placement and Support (IPS).

Essential:

You will have:

• Demonstrable evidence of Continuing Professional Development
• High level of optimism, initiative and effective interpersonal skills in order to engage effectively with participants, clinical teams and employers
• Excellent IT skills, including familiarity with Microsoft Office software and previous experience of working with databases
• Ability to build relationships with both internal and external stakeholders

You will be homebased with travel across Birmingham & Solihull
