Job Description
ION Trading System Support Specialist - Contract
This is a contract opportunity to work with a techno functional team that support trading systems internally. This is a mix of day-to-day support as well as project base to make improvements to the functionality of the ION System internally.
The key responsibilities of the role include:
- Strong troubleshooting skills in complex electronic trading environment.
- Effective interpersonal and relationship building skills.
- Establish high level of quality for production systems.
- Ability to see the issue through to resolution even if final fix doesn\'t lie with support team.
- Experience with ION Trading system and latest versions.
- Exposure to dealing with Traders and support the system.
- Used to working in a fast-paced environment.
