Overview


Due to continued expansion we are seeking an invoicing assistant to join our Cruise Team in Grangemouth.

Duties



To collate and issue final invoicing to our client base via various client specific invoicing software platforms. To work closely and effectively with our network of offices and supply chain to resolve invoice queries in a timely manner. Monitor age of outstanding invoices and work with colleagues to ensure KPIs and deadlines are met. Contribute to a positive team environment by assisting colleagues with various tasks as needed.

Requirements



Proven experience in an administrative or finance role is preferred. Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is essential. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work. A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong decision-making capabilities.
