Responsibilities:
\xe2\x80\x93 Support and maintain a suite of multi-asset and single asset class funds, as well as MPS, ensuring efficient operation and compliance with regulatory, tax, and corporate rules.
\xe2\x80\x93 Drive product changes, including fund launches, mergers, and closures, while conducting product reviews and evaluating customer outcomes to deliver value.
\xe2\x80\x93 Play a pivotal role in the strategic and commercial development of our investment solutions, comparing USPs against competitors, market developments, and customer feedback to propose value-adding developments.
\xe2\x80\x93 Stay up-to-date with relevant regulations such as UCITS and Mifid II, ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements and actively participating in formulating responses on consultations.
\xe2\x80\x93 Collaborate with various teams, including investment risk, performance, research, fund accounting, compliance, and legal, to shape investment guidelines and maintain high-quality product documentation.
Our Ideal Candidate:
\xe2\x80\x93 Possesses strong knowledge of the investment management industry, including detailed understanding of fund regulation such as UCITS and Mifid II as defined in COLL.
\xe2\x80\x93 Has 5+ years\' experience in a product development role with an investment manager and demonstrated experience leading fund changes, including regulatory filings, shareholder communications, and drafting internal governance papers.
\xe2\x80\x93 Is an effective communicator at all levels, including senior managers and board members, with the ability to influence, persuade, and challenge individuals independently.
\xe2\x80\x93 Demonstrates a keen eye for detail and the ability to perform complex numerical analysis, such as fund performance and capital market assumptions.
\xe2\x80\x93 Excels in objectively and systematically analyzing problems and risks, driving appropriate outcomes even in complex high-pressure situations.
\xe2\x80\x93 Ideally possesses a financial market certification, such as IMC (Investment Management Certificate) or CFA (Chartered Financial Analyst).
