My client, a leading technology-focused investment bank is now looking for a dynamic and experienced Senior Associate/VP to join their Digital Infrastructure M&A team. This is an exceptional chance to play a pivotal role in shaping the digital landscape through high-impact mergers and acquisitions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and execute M&A transactions in the digital infrastructure sector.
- Conduct comprehensive financial analysis, valuation, and due diligence.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key clients and industry players.

- Minimun 5 years M&A / Corp dev or PE experience, with deas focused in the digital infrastructure or related fields.
