Job Summary

What is the opportunity?

To join as an Analyst within the investment banking, Transportation and Logistics team in London. You will support the marketing and execution of M&A, debt, equity and other financial advisory services.

What will you do?

Assisting in the execution of mandated deals Assisting in preparation of marketing pitchbooks and related materials Gathering public information through numerous sources Creating financial model analyses Analysing company performance on an absolute and relative basis Drafting marketing documents for clients Producing and maintaining various databases General research Provide support to other transaction teams as required.

What do you need to succeed?

Must have

Analyst level at an Investment Bank or Corporate Finance / Valuation teams at Big Four / other accounting firms Preferably ACA / CFA qualified Strong analytical skills (financial modelling) Strong verbal and written communication skills Computer software skills: Excel, Word, PowerPoint Hardworking, enthusiastic and professional work ethic Knowledge of Investment Banking services and the ability to apply them creatively to diverse client needs Fluent written and spoken English

Nice to have

An additional European language/would be an advantage (but not required)
