To provide Investment Banking services (M&A, ECM, DCM and leverage finance) to corporate and private equity clients within industrial and business services team.
What will you do?
To assist in the marketing and execution of M&A, equity financing and debt financing transactions
To work in close co-operation with other local and global teams in coverage of the Industrials and Business Services sector
To assist in the development of relationships with, and generate revenue from, corporates and private equity clients
Assisting in execution of mandated deals
Assisting in preparation of marketing pitchbooks and related materials
Gathering public information through numerous sources
Creating financial model analyses
Analysing company performance on an absolute and relative basis
Drafting marketing documents for clients
Producing and maintaining various databases
General research
What do you need to succeed?
Must have
Experience within an Investment Banking Sector Coverage Team or within a Transaction Advisory Consultancy Team
An understanding of the sector, the key players, strategic dynamics as well as the current issues facing the sector would be desirable
Sound judgment and a comprehensive understanding of the valuation approaches typically used in the sector
Nice to have
Additional European language skills
CFA level 1, 2 or 3 or ACA is desirable
