Deutsche Bank Group is seeking applicants interested in private credit opportunities, including within corporate direct lending, infrastructure/energy, real estate, financial portfolios, and structured products.
You will be working directly with up to four senior portfolio managers where your responsibilities will include providing transaction assessment including detailed credit analysis of private financing deals with recommendation to Investment Committee and building strong relationships with financial sponsors, advisers, management teams and Deutsche Bank origination professionals.

Your key responsibilities
Ongoing risk and performance monitoring of portfolio
Covering the information memorandum, financial model, business plans, third party due diligence reports (financial, commercial, legal and tax structuring reports) and other bespoke diligence and building/ testing assumptions of financial models provided for new transactions
Assisting in the transaction documentation process in conjunction with Deutsche Bank and external stakeholders to ensure that investments are completed in an efficient manner
Ongoing oversight of investments post completion including oversight of any investments showing signs of stress or distress
Continued technical development on modelling, credit analysis and legal terms
Management, training and mentoring of newer team members
Your skills and experience
Strong analytical skills including working with financial models and an understanding of the fundamentals of investment appraisal
Experience gained in private credit, leveraged finance, structured finance, mergers, and acquisitions or similar with some exposure to mid-market lending and working alongside financial sponsors desirable
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and the ability to deliver compelling presentations to people at all levels within the business
European language skills are beneficial
