Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Travel Consultant to join our team and assist clients in planning and booking their travel arrangements like International Tour ( FIT/GROUP). The ideal candidate will have a passion for travel and excellent customer service skills.

Responsibilities

Selling travel products and tour packages. Should have knowledge of UAE ( Dubai, India, Turkey & Europe) and If International few destination will be more preferable. Analyzing Traveler needs and helping them plan their Holiday. Customizing Holiday itineraries and preparing complete packages. Destination knowledge and product understanding. Making necessary arrangements as per the travel itineraries Routine. Follow up with clients by phone/email about their queries and Sales Closure Keeping track on documentation, payments etc. Must be enthusiastic about doing sales & achieving targets. The candidate should be a smart and quick learner. Good Knowledge of outbound International tours, Hotels & local activities are must.

Requirements

Previous experience in the hospitality or hotel industry is desirable Strong communication skills and customer service orientation Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail Proficiency in using booking systems and online travel platforms Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines A passion for travel and exploring new destinations
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 18,000.00-24,000.00 per year
