About this role: As part of our expansion programme into the international Property Sales Market we are looking to recruit an International Property Sales Negotiator based at our office in Birmingham. This is a new role and will involve liaising with Vendors in South Asia so fluency in a South Asian language is essential. Responsibilities: Develop sales leads in South Asia, value and list Properties, liaise and negotiate between Buyers and Vendors, arrange and agree sales, progress sale through to completion Candidate Requirements: International Property Sales experience, fluent in Urdu/Punjabi/Hindi/Sylheti, proven record of meeting and exceeding sales targets, excellent communication skills, computer literate Contact Details: Send a CV and covering letter to info@blackstone-properties.co.uk Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Salary: \xc2\xa326,000.00-\xc2\xa327,000.00 per year Benefits:
