This role will be located at our Northampton office with the option of 1 day working from home each week.

What you will be doing...




As an International Management Accountant, you'll take charge of all financial reporting and compliance for our international operations in the USA, Canada, Australia, The Netherlands, and future expansions. Your role is pivotal in driving efficiency, maintaining compliance, and delivering impactful financial insights that fuel global growth.



As part of our growing Finance Team you'll:

Partner with international operations to establish robust company structures for new markets. Ensure compliance with local tax regulations and statutory requirements in collaboration with international advisors. Prepare and analyse monthly financial statements for international locations, ensuring accuracy and alignment with group reporting. Develop strategic financial plans and conduct modelling to support growth and compliance. Maintain precise balance sheet reconciliations and ensure smooth intercompany operations. Drive cost management initiatives to enhance profitability across global markets. Work closely with auditors to ensure accurate and timely submissions.

Who we're looking for...



You'll be an ACCA / CIMA finalist or qualified accountant. You'll have proven expertise in financial analysis, forecasting, and reporting. You're highly organised and adept at managing multiple priorities and deadlines Previous experience in international accounting is highly preferable You'll have exceptional attention to detail, adaptability and collaboration skills Ideally an understanding of IFRS / GAAP and global tax laws
