Iconic Resourcing HR are delighted to be working with a well-established worldwide legal firm who are recruiting an International HR Advisor to join their Human Resources team.

This is the perfect opportunity for someone to be involved in a real breadth of HR activity across Europe, Asia and Middle East. You will work in a geographically and culturally diverse part of the business. The International HR Advisor will support international HR Managers in HR activities across appraisal process and salary reviews. You will work closely with stakeholders and provide advice on ER issues. This role will involve project work across new HR initiatives.

You will have strong HR knowledge and experience whilst being comfortable working closely with senior leaders within the business. This is a varied role where you will work across the employee lifecycle. The international HR Advisor will be able to build relationships across all levels based on trust, respect, service delivery and understanding of cultural differences. You will have experience of supporting and leading on ER issues across all complexity.
