We are looking for an

International Business Development Manager

based in the UK to spearhead our growth in Europe. This role will focus on expanding our presence with top international design and architecture firms while building and nurturing a network of trusted installation partners across the region. In collaboration with our US, India, Middle East, and Asia teams, you will develop region-specific strategies that leverage our global supply chain and manufacturing capabilities to ensure the successful procurement and installation of projects throughout Europe and beyond.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Identification & Strategy: Identify key projects across Europe and other international markets that align with Forms+Surfaces products. Develop tailored strategies for each project to maximize F+S's involvement. Consultative Support: Engage directly with project design teams to offer expert technical consultation throughout the design and specification phases. Network Expansion: Build and expand a network of installation partners in Europe. Collaborate with teams across F+S regions to ensure smooth procurement and installation processes. Contract Management & Negotiation: Lead contract negotiations and manage relationships from initial agreement through to production and installation, ensuring client satisfaction at every step. Regional Growth Leadership: Develop and execute a comprehensive regional growth strategy, identifying opportunities to elevate F+S's presence across Europe and drive sales.

Required Qualifications:

Education: BA/BS in Architecture, Design, Engineering, or related technical field. Experience: Minimum of 10 years in architectural sales, with a strong background in exterior building products, such as glass, wall cladding, or similar architectural solutions. Technical Expertise: Ability to develop design-oriented, technical solutions for large-scale projects. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical details to diverse stakeholders. Relationship Building Skills: Expert in building relationships, developing networks, and providing technical consultative support to clients through every stage of the design and specification process. Tech Savvy: Proficient in CRM software and virtual presentation/collaboration tools.

Additional Information:

Reports to: Executive Vice President of Sales. Support: Initially supported by a US-based technical sales and estimating team. Travel: Regular travel within Europe to major A&D locations is required.
