You will be responsible for promoting Community Revival to prospective students and assisting them throughout our admissions process.
Main Responsibilities
Serve as the primary point of contact for prospective students, responding to inquiries via 'phone, email, social media, and in-person meetings.
Provide information about Community Revival's courses and admission requirements.
Assist prospective students with the application process, including reviewing applications and providing guidance on required documents.
Support students with their accommodation (homestay, halls of residence, etc.)
Use the Fidelo software platform to record, monitor and communicate with enrolled students (training will be provided).
Requirements
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage with diverse audiences.

Time management: Effectively prioritising tasks, meeting deadlines, and using time efficiently.
Task prioritisation: Determining the importance of tasks and allocating time accordingly.
Planning and execution: Developing strategies, setting goals, and following through on plans.

Problem-solving: Identifying issues and finding effective solutions.
Resource management: Utilising available resources (people, equipment, materials) efficiently.
Systems thinking: Understanding how different parts of a process or project connect.
Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and work collaboratively with colleagues, students and educational partners.
Knowledge of the education landscape and admission processes
Proficiency in using various digital platforms and CRM systems for recruitment purposes.
Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a passion for helping students achieve their educational goals.
Assist the Marketing Dept. to promote Community Revival's courses and activities.
The International Admissions Officer will also be expected to demonstrate their commitment:
