Working within the service department, you will be responsible for consulting with our technicians and service desk and producing quotations for required remedial work identified both on maintenance visits with our contract base and breakdown visits for contract and non-contract customers. The quotes need to be accurately costed and delivered in a professional manner so excellent commercial awareness and customer service are essential. You will be responsible for managing and developing these opportunities using our CRM pipeline. On conversion of these quotes to order you will be responsible for processing the customer order and placing orders with our suppliers for required parts to ensure the works are fulfilled to our customers satisfaction. You will be working closely with the service desk and your peers in the internal sales team so must be able to work well within a team but also be capable of independent working. You will need to be adaptable and cope well under pressure and be capable of recognising urgency and prioritising workload. This is an office based role in Totton. Responsibilities:
