Salary \xe2\x80\x93 \xc2\xa320,000 \xe2\x80\x93 \xc2\xa323,000 (Depending on experience) + Highly attractive bonus.

We are currently seeking a highly motivated Internal Sales Account Manager to join our client\xe2\x80\x99s team who are a UK leading business in the Metals / Engineering Industry. (EXPERIENCE IN THIS FIELD NOT ESSENTIAL)

As an Internal Sales Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing existing accounts and developing new business opportunities to drive sales growth and revenue.

The ideal candidate will have experience in sales and account management in fast paced environment.

They will be highly organized and detail-oriented, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. As an Internal Sales, you will work closely with customers to understand their needs and develop solutions to meet their requirements.

Package:

  • Salary \xe2\x80\x93 \xc2\xa320,000 \xe2\x80\x93 \xc2\xa323,000 basic + Highly attractive bonus.
  • Monday to Friday \xe2\x80\x93 08:30am \xe2\x80\x93 5:00pm
  • 20 days holidays + bank holidays.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and grow existing accounts to maximize sales and revenue.
  • Develop new business opportunities through lead generation and prospecting.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful delivery of products and services.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity to inform business strategy.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in sales and account management within the metals industry
  • Strong knowledge of metals products and applications
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
