Commercial Hot Water Solutions Ltd (CHWS), a leading provider of commercial water heating solutions, is looking for an Internal Sales Executive to join our team in Weston-super-Mare. This role is ideal for a motivated individual with a background in sales and a passion for delivering excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
Process and manage incoming customer enquiries
Collaborate with external sales staff to close deals
Generate accurate quotations and proposals
Maintain and follow up on leads using CRM
Handle supplier queries and support general admin tasks
Answer phone calls and assist with day-to-day office functions
About You:
At least 1 year of sales experience (preferred)
Excellent attention to detail and time management
Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable with CRM systems
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Must work on-site at our Weston Industrial Estate office (remote work not available)
