\xc2\xa319,500 + Uncapped Commission (\xc2\xa330,000 OTE)

Elevation Recruitment Group are pleased to be working with a leading insurance provider to recruit an Internal Sales Executive into their growing team sales team. Responsibilities of an Internal Sales Executive:
  • Initiate outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce their offerings and explain their benefits
  • Understand customer needs and tailor your pitch to highlight the solutions that best meet their requirements
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients, addressing their questions and concerns with professionalism and enthusiasm
  • Collaborate with the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets
  • Document and update customer records in our CRM system
Requirements of an Internal Sales Executive:
  • Comfortable and confident communicating over the phone
  • Exceptional communication skills
  • Skilled at building quick rapport and engaging conversations
  • Highly motivated and target-oriented
  • Driven by the prospect of earning substantial commissions
