INTERNAL RECRUITER
Billericay, Essex, CM12 - Potential for flexible Office/Home work split

• Full time, permanent
• \xc2\xa330,000 + target bonus up to \xc2\xa345,000 per annum

The Role:

As an Internal Recruiter, you will need:

• A sound understanding and experience of recruitment
• Knowledge and experience of running recruitment campaigns and onboarding new recruits

The post holder will need to build and maintain networks within the industry to understand its needs and position products to ensure they meet the company\xe2\x80\x99s requirements.

About You:

The Internal Recruiter should be an experienced, versatile, and flexible individual, with excellent problem-solving skills. The ideal candidate will have a flair for providing excellent customer service and a solution-based approach.

It is essential to have:

• Knowledge of communication techniques
• An ability to manage and monitor data
• Experience of the sales employment sector

The successful Internal Recruiter should also have excellent communication skills, good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and an excellent standard of literacy and numeracy.
