About the Role

We're looking for a rising star to join the Office of the CEO as our Internal Events and Content Co-ordinator -- a creative, energetic self-starter with a passion for storytelling, organisation, and making memorable moments happen.

This is an ideal opportunity for someone with 3+ years of experience who's ready to take ownership of meaningful work, grow in a fast-paced environment, and collaborate closely with senior leaders, including the CEO, Operations Manager, and our external communications advisor.

You'll be at the heart of CUBE's culture and communications -- planning and delivering engaging internal events, creating standout visual content to support, and helping us connect with internal and external audiences in new and exciting ways.

Key Responsibilities

Internal Event Management

+ Support and lead the planning of all CUBE events hosted at our head office -- from internal team training to customer teach-ins and hosted events attended by the financial services industry.
+ Co-ordinate all internal event logistics, agendas, marketing and communications collateral, and supplier management.
+ Be hands-on in the delivery and follow-up of internal events, ensuring they run smoothly and leave a lasting impression.

Content Creation

+ Capture photography and video content from internal events and office life, with a keen eye for storytelling and authenticity.
+ Edit and produce engaging content for CUBE's internal platforms and social media.
+ Contribute to content planning, working closely with the Operations Manager and external communications advisor to align messaging and tone of voice.

Stakeholder Engagement

+ Work closely with the CEO's office -- liaising with the front of house team, CEO, and Chief of Staff on day-to-day priorities.
+ Collaborate with our external communications advisor on a content calendar and storytelling opportunities.
+ Confidently communicate and build relationships with internal stakeholders across all levels.

Organisation & Initiative

+ Manage multiple projects and deadlines with calm, clarity, and precision.
+ Bring energy and fresh ideas to how we do things -- from content formats to our internal event experiences.
+ Take ownership of your work while always being open to feedback and development.

About You

2-3 years of experience in events, content creation, marketing, digital marketing, or communications (or a mix of these). Comfortable using photography and videography equipment, with some experience in post-production (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Final Cut, etc.). Clear understanding of social media. Strong organisational skills with an eye for detail and the ability to juggle multiple deadlines. A natural communicator, both written and verbal, with a friendly and professional tone. Proactive, curious, and ready to take initiative -- you enjoy learning on the go and rising to new challenges.
