They are responsible for developing awareness and safeguarding against risks in compliance with Group procedures and local regulations and developing procedures and controls.Internal Audit Action Follow-Up

• The Group Audit team periodically perform a full audit over each Hermxc3xa8s subsidiary globally. Hermxc3xa8s GB was audited in November 2024. This provides an exciting opportunity for the Internal Control Analyst to work autonomously and take full ownership of a key process to:

• Manage the Internal Audit Action Follow-up process: utilising stakeholder management and influencing skills, work with all areas of the business to ensure that audit actions are implemented in a timely manner

• Provide status update reporting to the Senior Internal Control Manager and Finance Director

Internal Control Reviews

• Monthly second-level control reviews, utilising data analysis

• Monthly reporting, including continuous improvement of the reports

• Assist the Senior Internal Control Manager with:

Store audits including e-commerceAudits over other areas of the business (e.g. warehouse, show room, security)Compliance reviews reported to GroupRisk and Compliance

• Assist the Senior Internal Control Manager with: Stocktakes

• Public sale operation

• Reporting incidents to Group

Internal Control Framework

• Act as an ambassador for Internal Control, helping to raise awareness on Internal Control across the business

• Providing guidance to the business on key policies and procedures

CompetenciesWorking closely with all departments of Hermxc3xa8s GB, the successful candidate is a business partner who provides support and guidance with a permanent focus on risk prevention. You will be adaptable, used to working in a fast paced, ever-changing environment - approaching tasks with flexibility when resolving issues and addressing changing prioritiesThe ideal candidate will have:

• Experience in an Internal audit or similar position in a multinational group or delivering similar services via Big 4 accounting firms

• Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills

• Strong Excel and data analysis skills to enhance and continuously improve the design and operating effectiveness of controls and reporting. Power BI skills preferable.

• A strong sense of responsibility and organizational skills

• Confidence, dedication, commitment, personal initiative

• Capacity for being creative and agile

• Strong knowledge of information systems in general, data analysis, knowledge of CEGID would be a plus

• A positive mindset for collaboration and striving for continuous improvement and optimization

• Experience in Retail (preferable)

• French knowledge (desirable)
