Salary: xc2xa375,000 - xc2xa385,000 per annum Location: Greater London,Central London Job Type: Freelance Seasoned Internal Communications Manager with recent experience in a Law Firm needed for a 3 month FTC. ASAP start.THE COMPANY
My client are an International law firm.THE ROLE
As the Internal Communications Manager, you will provide strategic communications support to the firm's leadership team and deliver holistic
communication plans to drive strategic alignment, stakeholder engagement, and support the firm in achieving its growth and value ambitions.Key responsibilities include:- Planning, designing, and implementing creative, impactful, and effective
communications to include written, digital, and face-to-face communication events such as town hall meetings, partnership meetings, presentations, emails, social media posts, and videos
- Collaborating with various departments to gather information and insights,
ensuring that communications are cohesive, relevant and timely
- Managing and delivering HR-related communications, maximising engagement
and ensuring clarity, consistency, and alignment with the firm's values and objectives
- Drafting and publishing articles for the intranet, ensuring content is engaging,
informative, and up-to-date
- Developing briefings and creating presentations and scripts for speaking
opportunities. Writing compelling copy that brings the firm's strategy to life
- Building communications capabilities with key leaders; coaching and helping them deliver engaging and authentic communications
- Regularly evaluating the impact and effectiveness of the communications outputs and adapting them accordingly.YOU
- Experience in internal communications within a law firm
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement/management skills
- A deep and demonstrable understanding of the critical role that internal communications plays within organisational engagement and strategy
- Strong customer focus, with an emphasis on building an understanding of the firm's needs and creating processes and information to support that
- Collaborative and flexible approach, providing structure without unnecessary bureaucracy
- Ability to maximise the impact of complex information across a diverse portfolio of communications channels including town hall meetings; intranet; video; enterprise-wide social media, and publishing tools
