Location: Paddington, London - Hybrid working
Salary: \xc2\xa351,414 - \xc2\xa358,000
Contract: 12-month fixed term contract, Full time, 35 hours per week

Role Overview
We are looking for an Internal Communications Manager to join our fantastic Corporate Communications Team, following an internal secondment. This role is tasked with protecting and promoting a positive image of the Group by leading and delivering a high-quality internal communications programme for colleagues, particularly during a time of significant change.

Some key responsibilities:

Strategy & Planning

  • To contribute towards the development of internal communications strategies, and lead on the creation of supporting projects, frameworks and procedures from inception.
  • To lead on the delivery of the internal communications work programme and monitor, review and report on performance, ensuring all projects are planned and managed effectively.
Management
  • To plan, manage and deliver a range of high-quality internal communications projects and activities using the full marketing mix, ensuring activities are delivered to a high standard, timescales and within budget. This includes:
o News, Announcements & Channel Management: identifying, creating and editing leading editorials; managing the content of all internal communications channels, both online and offline

o Creative Campaigns: managing and delivering communications campaigns using a range of tools and techniques

o Engagement: developing, delivering and maintaining guidance and training relating to the communication of change; measurement and monitoring of performance

o Events: Planning and managing employee events, including leadership events.
  • Act as overall business partner for key internal departments, overseeing internal comms business partnering (and their relevant projects) and build strong relationships across the Group.
  • Lead and manage the internal communications team, ensuring proactive performance management, coaching and development.
  • Provide expert internal communications advice and support, ensuring a consistent approach across the Group.
  • Champion A2Dominion\'s brand, protect its integrity, including advising on brand strategy and usage, corporate identity, house style and production assets.
  • Manage the procurement of and relationships with creative agencies and suppliers.
More about you
  • A relevant professional qualification (e.g. in internal communications, public relations, journalism or marketing) or equivalent
  • Extensive knowledge and experience of independently developing, managing, and delivering an entire internal communications programme across a range of disciplines and within a large, complex organisation.
  • Excellent project and programme management skills, including briefs, plans, delivery (directly and through others), and evaluation, working with peers and colleagues across different departments
  • Proven team leadership and direct line management experience
  • Ability to provide expert communications advice and to design solutions to complex and sensitive issues
  • Strong stakeholder management, influencing and negotiating skills and the ability to provide advice and guidance for stakeholders at all levels.
