This role offers the opportunity to join a dynamic centralised communications team, driving transformation within a B2B Manufacturer. The position will be very important in establishing a new purpose and culture.Purpose of the Role:Develop strategies to build employee engagement and support for the company's purpose, strategy, and behaviours in the divisionCollaborate with the division's leaders to plan employee engagement strategies supporting performance priorities through a time of transformationProvide expert advice to the division leader and the division's leadership team to enhance their communication impactFocus on select engagement campaigns aligned with the company's strategic direction and annual Communications strategyKey Responsibilities:Utilise insights to shape stakeholder and employee engagement strategiesIdentify opportunities to streamline tactical requestsPartner with People Team and Communications Leadership to anticipate issuesOffer strategic advice to executive-level leaders based on experience and industry best practicesSome corporate communications responsibilitiesLeverage corporate and divisional narratives for consistent messagingCommission compelling content for internal and external channelsRecommend interventions to drive employee understanding of business prioritiesSupport programmes fostering high performance, care, and belongingLeverage key moments to influence external belief in strategy and positive reputationIdeal Candidate Profile:Proven track record in employee communications for high-impact change programmesExtensive change management experience using proven methodologiesPassion for engineering or technology sectorExcellent strategic capability and ability to deliver in complex environmentsThis role presents an exciting opportunity to shape communications strategy and drive transformation in a leading B2B Manufacturer.Due to a high volume of applicants, we are unable to respond to everyone.
