This role would be a natural fit for someone who has a flair for influencing senior stakeholders, is a fantastic copywriter, and has experience managing various internal channels.

Responsibilities:
Internal communications: Drafting, editing and supporting internal communications to update staff on the company\'s strategy, activities and plans, building trust and confidence internally.
Stakeholder management: Building and maintaining strong relationships with key business stakeholders and employee networks, ensuring a visible flow of activities and timings.
Strong writing / editorial skills: Harness the power of narrative through different media - including email, blogs and video - to inform, connect and inspire employees.
Email building and distribution: Building, designing and distributing engaging and impactful emails via Pardot.
Intranet management: Making the company\'s intranet site a central hub for internal communications and source for dialogue and conversation.
Events: Supporting the Internal Comms team in organising and executing events with both internal and external stakeholders.
Team relationships: Working closely with colleagues in the Marketing department and across the Chief of Staff division, in addition to other key stakeholders across the business.
Best practice: Ensuring communications are compliant and timely, while seeking ways to enhance the team\'s overall output.
Commercial awareness: Developing a keen understanding of our business units, products and solutions, while staying abreast of industry trends.
Measurement: Developing and monitoring reach, engagement and success metrics, feeding the results into internal communications strategy.

What we\'re looking for:
Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite
A detail orientated and creative thinker
Experience with Sharepoint and Salesforce
An exceptional writer with an ability to develop messages for a variety of audiences
You\'ll be able to build strong relationships across the organisation to ensure connectivity and co-ordination across all communications plans and activities
Experience with Adobe or Canva would be ideal but not essential
