B2B manufacturing organisation is looking for an experienced senior Internal Communications and Engagement specialist to join their group team to support across several business units on an international scale. Working with Head of Communications and leadership teams to devise a strategy and better engage employee groups around strategy, plan and progress.Helping the organisation to align comms, whilst understanding different challenges for individual business, sharing best practice and developing relationships.Specifically, this person willWork with core leadership team on their leadership comms and engagement programmesEngage and develop relationships across wider business - find the stories that resonate and connect peopleDevelop engaging news and tell in a way that gains cut through with different audiencesDevelop campaigns and ensure strong metrics to review and improveMust have led internal comms and engagement in a complex corporate business in a commercial setting. Be able to demonstrate track record as a trusted strategic advisor and influencer in a matrix setting but also happy to roll up sleeves and tactically deliver.Hybrid working is 3 days on site with occasional travel to other sites.Due to a high volume of applicants, we are unable to respond to everyone.
