Job Description

Workwear Uniform Group Ltd (WWUGL) is a leader in the sourcing, design, manufacture and distribution of technical workwear, PPE and bespoke corporate uniforms.

Boasting 100m annual turnover and an international reach, the Group comprises multiple brands who each excel in a distinct part of the workwear lifecycle. This enables us to offer cradle-to-grave solutions to household brands spanning construction, healthcare, rail, logistics, banking, retail, tourism and more.

You'll play a central role in driving the growth of two of the Group's key brands: Direct Corporate Clothing (off-the-shelf PPE and workwear contract specialists) and Incorporatewear (bespoke corporate uniform specialists).

You'll also help establish WWUGL as a renowned brand in and of itself.

Job Purpose:



To manage and grow relationships with existing clients, ensuring their needs are met while identifying opportunities to drive revenue and maintain customer satisfaction. Holding customer teams calls, ad hoc reports. Identifying trends in service-related issues and working to find solutions to those root causes. Ensuring that SLA's relevant to each customer are achieved.

Duties & Responsibilities:



- Serve as the main point of contact for a portfolio of clients, maintaining regular communication and providing excellent customer service.

- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships by understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions.

- Process orders, track deliveries, and resolve any client issues or escalations promptly and professionally.

- Collaborate with internal teams, such as sales, logistics, and operations, to ensure seamless service delivery.

- Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products and services, meeting or exceeding sales targets.

- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales, and account activity in the company's system.

- Provide clients with updates on new products, promotions, or company developments.

- Prepare and present account performance reports and sales forecasts for internal review.

- Monitor market trends and competitor activity, sharing insights to support business development strategies.

- Oversee all live chats, calls, teams calls and email queries

- are monitored with reporting through Zoho desk and resolved within SLA

- Production of ad hoc reporting requested by the National account managers.

- Ensure customers are updated on their outstanding back orders, offer alternatives, have knowledge of why products are out of stock

- Good excel skills are essential

- Manage customer escalations

- Ad hoc duties, as required.

Minimum Education Requirements:

- Minimum Requirement: GCSEs (or equivalent), including passes in Maths and English.

Preferred (but not always essential): A-Level qualifications or equivalent vocational qualifications.
