We are currently looking to recruit a part-time (18 hours per week) Interior Sales Assistant to support our Retail Team, based at our beautiful store in Broadway, Worcestershire.

In the quintessentially English village of Broadway, an idyllic Georgian farmhouse is now home to our OKA Broadway store. This beautiful building provides a stunning backdrop for our three floors of furniture and accessories. Located just 6 miles from Evesham, our Broadway store is easily accessible from Worcester, Cheltenham and Stratford-upon-Avon, with free on-site parking.

Reporting directly to the Store Manager the Interior Sales Assistant is responsible for is providing an enhanced retail experience for OKA customers through the provision of outstanding customer service, product knowledge and enthusiasm for beautiful interiors.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

\xe2\x80\x8b

\xc2\xb7 Provision of exceptional customer service to OKA customers

\xc2\xb7 Providing advice and guidance on products to customers in person and via phone

\xc2\xb7 Generating and maximising project revenue to meet sales targets

\xc2\xb7 Efficient and accurate execution of EPOS transactions, processing of payments and associated transactional paperwork and processes

\xc2\xb7 Identifying sales opportunities

\xc2\xb7 Promoting the OKA In-Store Design Advisors and Interior Design Service (IDS)

\xc2\xb7 Being a proactive member of the sales floor team: greeting all customers and offering assistance, managing customer returns, communicating care and maintenance instructions for customer purchases, upholding presentation standards for the Store and back office areas

ABOUT YOU

\xe2\x80\x8b

\xc2\xb7 Previous luxury retail experience, ideally within the furniture or homeware sectors

\xc2\xb7 Passion for providing best-in-class customer service and building lasting customer relationships

\xc2\xb7 Proven soft selling skills, including link-selling of complimentary products

\xc2\xb7 Good organisational skills and the ability to prioritise

\xc2\xb7 Flexible approach to working weekends, public holidays and occasional travel to support other Stores and for meetings and training

\xc2\xb7 Target-driven

\xc2\xb7 Keen interest and enthusiasm for beautiful interiors

\xc2\xb7 A creative, problem-solving spirit

\xc2\xb7 Passion for the OKA brand
