Interim Tax Manager needed!

Handle are currently in partnership with a market leading ecommerce/retail giant, who are looking for an experienced Tax Manager. Based in the UK, but working across all EMEA regions, the successful candidate will support the international business with detailed tax and project support.

This is a fantastic opportunity for and experienced Tax Manager to work for an extremely successful brand.

Key responsibilities include -

Partner with multiple stakeholders across the company to lead tax input on the launch of new business initiatives and provide ongoing tax support for queries

Own corporate tax input on projects to deliver detailed tax analysis and recommendations

Communicate complex tax concepts in ways that are meaningful and useful to non-tax professionals

Engage regularly with business partners to ensure understanding and continued compliance with the group\xc2\xb4s European business structure

Assess how existing and upcoming tax laws and regulations will impact the business

Assist with managing relationships with outside tax consultants and regulatory authorities on an ongoing basis

Candidate requirements -

Significant international income tax experience public accounting firm, and/or in industry, preferably a multinational corporation

Technically capable tax adviser who can work confidently with various international stakeholders

Capable of delivering advice and strategic guidance on tax issues and decisions.

Exceptional tax reporting knowledge and understanding of IFRS

Ability to effectively work within cross-function teams

Experience of working with European tax laws
