About Our Client
An exciting growing Engineering/Technology business based in Hull.
The interim HR Advisor will report directly into the HRD and provide fuil generalist support to the business. Responsibilities will include:
Providing first line HR advice to the business on a wide range of ER issues
Managing the end to end employee lifecycle
Managing the recruitment process, from taking briefs and advising line managers, to advertising and working with agencies, to offer management and onboarding processes
Updating employee information
Working with the business to support performance management
Ad-hoc project work
The Successful Applicant
The interim HR Advisor must be/have:
Proven experience in a generalist HR role
Ideally experience of working in a professional environment
Experience of handling employee relations issues
Experience of end to end recruitment process
Strong administration skills and attention to detail
Available to start a new role immediately or at the latest the first week in January
Able to work onsite in Hull
