Interim Group Finance Director Pe Backed Property Group
Job Description
This is an exciting opportunity to join one of the leading names in this specialist area of Property as their Interim Group FD.
Reporting to the CFO and working closely with the CEO you\'ll be responsible for a number of business critical projects surrounding refinancing and restructuring.
You\'ll have significant leadership experience within the Real Estate space and be comfortable leading projects at board level, you\'ll be technically and commercially sharp and ideally have had exposure to PE and FTSE type environments.
This will be an initial 12 month contract with potential to extend, candidates will be available to start no later than March 2024.
FTC package in the region of \xc2\xa3250,000 + bens. Offices based City.
