About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and highly capable Interim Finance Manager to join a growing business within the eco energy sector. This is a key role responsible for overseeing the financial operations, supporting reporting requirements, and ensuring compliance with relevant standards during a period of transition and growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the preparation of monthly management accounts, budgets, forecasts, and financial reports. Support year-end processes, including audit preparation and liaising with external auditors. Maintain robust financial controls and ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies. Work closely with senior management to provide financial analysis and insights that support decision-making. Manage cash flow forecasting and treasury activities. Support the wider finance team and contribute to process improvements and system development.

Requirements

:

Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent) with proven post-qualification experience. Previous experience in an interim, contract, or project-based finance role. Strong technical accounting knowledge and hands-on financial management skills. Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively. Proficiency with financial systems and Microsoft Excel.

Desirable:

Experience within the energy, renewables, or a related sector would be beneficial but not essential

Pay: 45,000.00-49,905.00 per year
