Job Description
Interim opportunity for an English Qualified Real Estate Solicitor to join its Real Estate and Infrastructure Team. You will provide English real estate legal advice to commercial clients, to negotiate contracts on their behalf and to advise on all matters involved in the purchase, sale and lease of commercial properties.
Some of your key duties will include:
- Drafting, negotiating, concluding and implementing sale/purchase contracts.
- Examining title and reporting to clients.
- Drafting, negotiating and exchanging leases.
- Acting for lenders in reporting on borrower certificate of titles and dealing with completion of secured lending transactions.
