I am delighted to be working with this 11-18 locally managed secondary school in East London as it looks to engage 2 x interim Deputy Headteachers to start immediately until Easter initially and possibly until the end of the academic year.

You will have extensive experience working in a turnaround environment. The school is RI and will require interim leaders with a high level of commitment to their roles.

The priority is to have an interim deputy who can focus the following areas:

• Data
• Intervention
• Teaching and Learning
• Options
• Curriculum
• Timetabling
• Raising Attainment
• Raising Standards

The other interim deputy headteacher role will have a focus on behaviour.

Start Date: Immediate

Length of Assignment: 1 to 2 terms

Rate: Fixed term contracts- pro rata salaries in range \xc2\xa377248 to \xc2\xa384812 pro rata per annum or competitive day rate inside IR35.
