Interim Deputy Company Secretary

Maternity cover
We\'re working with a huge global retailer, looking for an interim Deputy CoSec to cover maternity leave. They operate across, fast-food, convenience stores and petrol stations.
You will have strong in-house experience, ideally you have worked with a global company. Bonus if you have experience working internationally and for a PLC.
The role;
- Experience with Financial year end audit processes and annual report drafting, you have project managed this process.
- Audit Queries, drive progress of queries utilising your experience to reach resolutions.
- Board Support, work with the Chairman and Committee to provide support, reports, drafting, governance reviews and more
- Experience working with and supporting the audit committee.
- Build and maintain key compliance frameworks.
