Job Description
The Interim Commercial Finance Director will play a pivotal role in the delivery of expert and insightful business partnering activity across the Senior Leadership Team.
This is both a highly visible and high profile appointment which will also interface with members of the Executive Board.
The Interim Commercial Finance Director will drive forward a finance transformation agenda to support the business during a period of change.
Key responsibilities will include;
- Responsible for leading, developing and driving effective decision support analysis, to further improve and enhance effective decision making
- Evaluating and enhancing the existing financial planning and analysis activity
- Ensuring effective Key Performance Indicators are providing an accurate overview of performance
- Interfacing and business partnering with a number of key internal stakeholders across the wider business
- Leading the financial planning process incorporating budgeting, forecasting and long term financial plan
- Ensuring robust and effective controls and compliance are adhered to
- Continuous improvement analysis and application
- A Qualified Accountant ( ACA / CIMA / ACCA)
- A proven track record operating in a large complex business and delivering financial planning and analysis activities
- Strong leadership and influencing skills
- The ability to engender trust and forge strong relationships
