Interim Change and Communications Manager \xc2\xa370.97ph
Role: Change Management & Communications Lead (Product Technology & Engineering).
Rate: \xc2\xa370.97 per hour (\xc2\xa3510 per day, Umbrella, Inside IR35 - 36 hours per week).
Client: Leading Agriculture Science Organisation.
Duration: 12 months +
Location: Remote working and some travel to Bracknell.
A Change and Communications Manager role, to provide strong leadership across Product Technology and Engineering, for a leading Agricultural Science organisation, driving forward their Digital Transformation programme.
You will champion new ways of working, successfully engaging with key, senior stakeholders, to take them on a journey through this strategic development programme.
Fostering buy-in and engagement across the business, you will lead a dialogue which allows people to engage with and shape the vision and implementation of this transformation.
You will create a robust stakeholder network and support leaders and sponsors of change.
Requirements:
- Experienced, qualified Change practitioner.
- Confident engaging effectively with all levels of an organisation to C-level.
- Excellent networking skills and gravitas.
- Prior experience working within a large, matrix organisation.
- Advantageous would be any scientific background.
