Our goal is clear; to give those who need our support, the confidence, encouragement and independence they need enabling them to work towards a future they deserve.Aspirations Care are looking for experienced Intensive Support Workers to join our dedicated team in our service in Stafford. The service consists of 9 individual one bedroom bungalows. Each with their own private garden!Your shift will be filled with fun activities, social engagement and providing one to one support for adults with mental health, learning disabilities and autism. You will take our people out on adventures, assist with daily tasks and encourage them to live their best lives!At Aspirations Care, we provide personalised support that leads to positive outcomes for adults who need our help most. Our goal is clear; to give those who need our support, the confidence, encouragement, and independence they need enabling them to work towards a future they deserve.What will the job involve?

• Assisting our people to improve their knowledge, skills, and abilities
• Offer stimulation and motivation through conversation and social activity
• Assisting with meal preparation, cooking, and cleaning
• Booking and attending health care appointments with our people
• Reporting any safeguarding concerns to the management team
• Maintaining records by keeping care plans and risk assessments up to date
