ROLE: Intellectual Property Lawyer
LOCATION: Birmingham, United Kingdom
PQE: 0-6 years

Role:
As an Intellectual Property Lawyer, you will be a key member of the firm\'s Intellectual Property team, working on a wide range of matters involving trademarks, patents, copyright, trade secrets, and other intellectual property issues. Your responsibilities will include:

• Advising clients on intellectual property rights, protection, and enforcement strategies.
• Handling IP-related contracts, licensing agreements, and negotiations.
• Conducting legal research and staying up-to-date with relevant IP laws and regulations.
• Representing clients in IP disputes, both in court and through alternative dispute resolution methods.
• Collaborating with other practice areas within the firm to provide comprehensive legal solutions.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Qualified Solicitor with 0-6 years PQE in Intellectual Property Law.
• Strong academic background in Law.
• A solid understanding of intellectual property laws.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proven attention to detail and time management abilities.
