CBRE Global Workplace Solutions is a leading global provider of integrated facilities and corporate real estate management. We are recruiting an Integrated Facilities Manager to join the team located in Chester. The successful candidate will have the responsibility for the delivery of IFM services in a client property, within the larger portfolio of a corporate financial organisation. Based at the client office in Chester, leading a team and ensuring that all services are delivered in line with contractual commitments, with a particular focus on customer satisfaction, financial control, continuous improvement and the active promotion of a safe and sustainable environment.
Key Responsibilities:
\xc2\xb7 Responsible for day-to-day IFM management of the client\'s offices in Chester
\xc2\xb7 Integrating all functional operations (facilities, management, project management and transaction management) to achieve Corporate Workplace goals
\xc2\xb7 Provide risk management, governance and control over the services provided by local vendors
\xc2\xb7 Maintain high level client relationships with senior managers with broad regional responsibility
\xc2\xb7 Financial accountability & Financial control - actively contribution to the budgetary preparation cycle, effective management and reporting on a monthly and quarterly basis
\xc2\xb7 Full Accountability for IFM Service Delivery
\xc2\xb7 Ensure a cost effective maintenance programme for all offices, plant, systems and equipment is in place
\xc2\xb7 Manage FM standards and FM delivery through KPIs/SLAs measures
\xc2\xb7 Manage client expectations through documented monthly performance reviews
\xc2\xb7 Ensure a Business Continuity Plan is in place and it is updated
\xc2\xb7 Manage supplier partnerships to maintain service delivery
\xc2\xb7 Report writing ability adhering to both CBRE and client requirements
\xc2\xb7 Ensure projects are managed within the portfolio and delivered on time and within budget
\xc2\xb7 Demonstrate a sound understanding of current legislation, environmental and quality related issues, including sustainability and its impact on energy
\xc2\xb7 Ensure compliance with all legislative requirements in accordance with the CBRE Environmental Health & Safety policy
\xc2\xb7 Adopt a one-team approach through coaching, training and continuous professional development
\xc2\xb7 Ensure appropriate relationships with suppliers and business partners
\xc2\xb7 Review performance metrics; tracking, analysing reporting performance in terms of quality safety, cost, customer satisfaction and taking corrective action, with the operations team, where necessary
\xc2\xb7 Support all H&S requirements
\xc2\xb7 Support all Environmental & Energy Management requirements
\xc2\xb7 Other duties may be assigned
