Job Description
A leading housing organisation is looking for an experienced Insurance Officer to provide effective and efficient administrative support for the delivery of NHG insurance arrangements.
Other duties will involve:
- Provision of cover for insurance policy queries and claims handling in absence of Group Insurance Manager
- Record and document all incoming claims and notify insurers
- Maintain all records pertaining to insurance claims
- Handling and responding to all routine e-mail enquiries
- Issue Building Insurance Summary of Cover sheet and full policy documents and note the interests of leaseholders/mortgagees and the use of the property liaising with internal customers within agreed timescales
- In the absence of the Group Insurance Manager and with the technical help from the brokers provide cover and deal with general claims and policy enquiries
Pay rate is \xc2\xa320 per hour PAYE or \xc2\xa324 umbrella
