Role
Your role will be to assist the production of new business and to provide administrative support to existing customers.
Duties and responsibilities
Principal Accountabilities
- To quote home, motor and travel risks and to convert them to new policies accurately and within service deadlines
- Ensure the correct use of underwriting guidelines to your authorised standards.
- Complete all work in accordance with laid down procedures and performance standards
- Complete ad hoc tasks as required by Management.
- To provide cover for the Customer Services Team and assist existing customers with renewals and enquiries, as determined by management.
Skills Required
- Be capable of working collaboratively and flexibly with team members to ensure that business needs are met
- Manage your responsibilities in a fast paced working environment
- Give technical and administrative assistance to and communicate effectively with customers.
- Manage workloads speedily and efficiently
- Fulfil the demands and needs of customers
- CSIS insurance products, features and benefits.
- Underwriting and rating requirements for renewals and new business.
- All quotation and administration systems and procedures.
- FCA Regulation and the 6 consumer outcomes of \xe2\x80\x9ctreating customers fairly\xe2\x80\x9d
- MS Office applications
