Description Client Executive Required

Our Client, who offer a full range of insurance broking and risk management services for construction, commercial property, motor fleet and private client risks are looking to recruit a Client Executive. This position will be based at their head office in Watford.

Location - Watford Office
Salary - up to \xc2\xa360k depending on experience
Experience - minimum 5 years\' experience ideally in Construction with a proven track record

Role
*Promote and support the Real Estate & Construction Division both internally and externally to clients, the insurance market and other third parties.
*Develop new business from existing client contacts, new introductions and own contacts.
*Act as Client Executive on specific nominated accounts and to support other members of the division on accounts as and when appropriate
*Shared responsibility for achievement of the business development budget of the division, together with the Development Executive and team Executives.
*Maximize client retention levels.
*Actively cross-sell within the Company.
*Ensure that you operate within the Company\'s systems and procedures with regard to service standards, quality of documentation, credit control and support of key insurance markets.
*Ensure that enquiries are dealt with appropriately to experience and expertise with designated broking and placing as suitable within the team.

he successful candidate will be part of a busy, successful team and will need to be highly motivated and efficient. Ideally, we would like someone who is Cert CII qualified or will be willing to work towards this qualification.
