Job Description

We are looking to recruit a dynamic and detail-oriented

Solicitor

with expertise in both

Insurance Law

and

Real Estate/Property Law

. This is a varied role offering exposure to insurance-related disputes and a range of residential and commercial property matters. It's ideal for someone who thrives in a diverse caseload and is confident advising clients on complex cross-over issues between insurance and property.

Key Responsibilities:



Advising on insurance coverage, indemnities, claims, and liability, especially in relation to property-related matters Handling property damage disputes, loss claims, and insurance-backed legal issues Managing commercial and residential conveyancing transactions Dealing with landlord and tenant matters, lease agreements, and title issues Drafting, negotiating, and reviewing property and insurance contracts Liaising with insurers, brokers, surveyors, and property professionals Ensuring compliance with regulatory obligations

Requirements:



Qualified Solicitor in England & Wales (minimum 2-4 years PQE preferred) Experience in both insurance disputes and property transactions/litigation Excellent drafting and negotiation skills Ability to manage a varied caseload independently Strong client-facing and communication skills A proactive, commercially minded approach
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 35,000.00-60,000.00 per year
